Brand new to this

I am new to this am trying to learn as much as I can about penny stocks.  I've ben looking at these stocks now for awhile ACEN, MGLG, COTE, NHNV, WTO, COS, PTII, UTS< CLL, CWPC, I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about these stocks and if you think I should bother. Any advice would be helpful thank.
