1. What time of the day are signals sent out?

Signals are sent out anywhere from a half-hour before trading begins to 4:30 PM EST.

2. How safe is my money in these stocks?

Safe is a relative term. While we try to choose the safest stocks to signal, there is always a risk involved. Companies mentioned herein carry a high investment risk; readers should carefully review the companies thoroughly with their registered investment advisor or registered stockbroker.

3. How do you know which stocks to pick?

Knowing if a stock will increase in price or not takes a great deal of skill and experience. There are many variables and requirements that go into the decision making process. A stock must have some reason in which it should go up, there must be an excessive amount of volume or at least the anticipation of such volume the next day, news plays are particularly powerful. You can also take into consideration the short interest in the stock, the history of the stock, the reaction of the market relative to why it is moving, such as on news, hype, rumor, or speculation. But the final decision is based upon experience, being able to piece all of these factors together to come up with a probability as to whether the stock is likely to increase in price or not.

4. Can I start trading stocks with less than $2,500?

Yes you can start with less then $2,500, with the proper online broker there is no minimum to open a cash account, however you should keep in mind that the less you start off with below $2,500, the slower your progress will go while you roll your money into each stock. I do not recommend trying to start with anything less than $1,600; less than this and your trading costs would start to outweigh your profits.

5. Do you only buy penny stocks? How risky are they?

Not all stocks that we buy/sell are penny stocks. We generally seek stocks $5 and under. In fact, the reason we trade these type of stocks is because that is where the money is to be made, there would be no way in the world to make 5,000% on your money trading stocks priced over $5, especially starting with only $2,500. And the same goes for daytrading as well, trading stocks over $5 is not only more difficult, but it's also much less profitable. Once you start trading penny stocks you will never want to trade anything else.

6. What if I start with a great deal more money, say $100,000, can I turn that into over $1,000,000?

Very unlikely. If you look at the profit record chart you will notice that we generally trade stocks which are at a price less than $5, and many times less than one dollar, therefore trying to buy too many shares of one of these type of stocks could be a problem when trying to sell. Sometimes it is only appropriate to purchase a stock trading for .002 with only $1,500, and at other times it would be more appropriate to put $20,000 into a stock trading for .75 cents to $3. But the idea of putting $100,000 into one of these types of stocks doesn't seem very plausible to me or realistic in a risk versus reward ratio.

7. I am on the road for long periods of time. Is there a way to trade penny stocks efficiently?

The only way that I know of is to purchase a laptop computer and get a wireless card or an adaptor for your cell phone and access the Internet that way via a wireless connection. That way as long as you are somewhere where a cell phone will work you will also be able to access the Internet and trade. There is also a new wireless broadband internet service that works everywhere provided by Verizon I believe. You could even be at the beach sipping margaritas if that is your wish.

8. What if I am outside the USA? Can I still trade penny stocks and receive signals?

Yes you can! As long as you have access to the Internet you can be anywhere in the world and trade stocks.

9. Can I use any broker to trade penny stocks?

No, you need to pick a suitable broker for this system. Brokers that are known to be good for trading are, Rushtrade, Ameritrade, E-Trade, Realtick, Cybertrader. Brokers which are not suitable for this are web based brokers such as FreeTrade and Lowtrades. Scottrade is also not suitable for this type of trading due to the high commission costs associated with stocks under $1.
